New Fees Beginning December 7, 2025

In accordance with Council File No. 25-0600-S44 and Ordinance 188752, fees for some Bureau of Engineering permits and services may be changing effective December 7, 2025. More details on the new fees can be found in the published ordinance under the Council File.

Construction (A) Permit, Excavation (E) Permit, Highway Dedication, Preliminary Land Use Report (PLUR), Subdivision Map Status will be under maintenance on 12/05/2025 from 5pm (PST) to Midnight.

Development Community Outreach Meeting

BOE hosts Development Community Outreach Meeting quarterly. Next meeting will be held on Tuesday, 6/17/2025 from 10:00AM - 11:30AM. If you would like to be invited to the meeting, please email ENG.PCM@lacity.org your request including your name, company, email and phone number.

• Updates in permit systems and offices
• New or changing policies for developments or processes
• Potential Issues with current policies or processes

One-Stop Rebuilding Center

The One Stop Center is open exclusively for the services related to the Palisades Recovery. Palisadians can visit this center for anything they need from the City when rebuilding their homes or businesses under the expedited and streamlined process created under Mayor Bass’ Emergency Executive Order. All other standard requests will follow the standard protocol.
